Full Synopsis:

At a suburban high school, two high school language arts teachers embark on an ill-fated romance that plays out over the course of the academic year, mirroring the chaos of the school calendar. However, as midterms approach and the pressures of the job mount, cracks begin to show—petty arguments over lesson plans turn into full-blown battles about life ambitions, grading philosophies, and whether their love is doomed to tenure or termination. By the time final exams roll around, their romance has unraveled into a bitterly comedic mess of passive-aggressive emails, dramatic cafeteria confrontations, and an ill-advised end-of-year talent show incident. As the school year comes to a close, they must face the reality that some relationships, like pop quizzes and pep rallies, are best left in the past.
